How a deal works

From the first click on a listing to the keys in your hands, in six stages. You see the estimate before you bid on a lot.

Timing and cost depend on the lot, the route, the exchange rate, customs payments and the pickup city. The current terms are fixed in the estimate and the deal documents.

    What you pay

  3. Japan

    Contract and preparation in Japan

We draw up the contract. In Japan, the car is deregistered, the export documents are prepared, a photo report is taken and the car is handed over to the port.

    What you pay

The invoice for the car, auction fees, delivery within Japan, export paperwork, the D13 commission and freight.

    What you get

A signed contract, a photo report before loading, the export documents and the shipping preparation status.

    How long it takes

7–14 days. It depends on the documents, the port and the shipping schedule.

You pay for the service only now. This is what sets us apart from traditional dealers, who charge a prepayment just for searching.

We claim the Tax Free refund for you. Japan’s export tax can be refunded, but the procedure is a hassle. We handle it ourselves with no markup: the tax is simply not part of your invoice.

What if the car is already deregistered in Japan?

Then the deregistration step is skipped and the invoice gets smaller. You see this right away, before you sign the contract.

    Customs in Russia

You sign a contract with a customs broker online. Duties and fees are paid. The documents are processed.

    What you get

A payment calculation, a broker contract, payment confirmations and a full set of documents to release and register the car.

    How long it takes

    3–7 days

Duties with no add-ons. You pay exactly the Federal Customs Service tariff, with no hidden markups. We show the calculation before the deal starts, so there are no surprises at customs.
